1 | Tuna with oil | |
8 | Fresh plum tomatoes, chopped | |

1/2 | lb | Bow ties, pasta |

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute garlic, salt, and pepper to a pale color. Add anchovies, crush with a wooden spoon. Add tuna with oil. Break into flakes, stir and saute 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and mint leaves.
