INGREDIENTS
1 | 12-inch italian bread shell | |
for pizza | ||
1 | t | Olive oil |
1 | 7 1/2 oz. caponata | |
1 | 6 oz. starkist solid white | |
tuna drained and chunked | ||
8 | 1 oz. prosciutto | |
2 | Plum tomatoes, sliced 1/4 | |
up to 3 | ||
1 | c | Crumbled feta cheese |
1 | c | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
Crushed red pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place bread shell on foil-lined baking sheet; brush to edge with oil. Spread caponata to within 1 inch of edge. Top with tuna, prosciutto, tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses. Bake in a 450 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted and pizza is heated through. Cool 1 minute before slicing. Serve with crushed red pepper, if desired.
