| 1 | c | Broccoli florets |
| 1/2 | c | Provolone or mozzarella; cheese;julienned |
| 1/4 | c | Olive oil |
| 1 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 1 | sm | Garlic clove; minced |
| 1 1/2 | ts | White wine vinegar |
| 3/4 | ts | Italian seasoning |

INSTRUCTIONS
DRESSING On two salad plates, arrange the first 10 ingredients in order listed. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salads and serve immediately.
