INSTRUCTIONS
Drain oil from fish and break tuna into small pieces with a fork. Chop
eggs, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix with tuna in mixing bowl. Add
mayonnaise or salad dressing. Keep in refrigerator until ready to spread.
Yield: 8 to 10 sandwiches.
