Grains Chinese Salad 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (10-oz) tuna in spring water; drained
1 c Chopped celery
1 cn (8-oz) water chestnuts; drained and sliced
1 cn (6-oz) pitted black olives; drained and sliced
1 Green onion; chopped
1 c Mayonnaise
1 Squeeze of lemon
1 ds Salt
1 ds Garlic salt
1 cn (3-oz) Chinese noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except Chinese noodles. Just before serving, sprinkle
with noodles or serve over noodles. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
