INSTRUCTIONS
Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain and set aside. In casserole dish,
arrange turkey slices at bottom of dish. Place broccoli over turkey.
Reserve 1/4 cup of gravy. Pour remaining gravy over turkey broccoli
mixture. In a small skillet, cook onion and celery in butter till tender.
Stir in croutons and reserved 1/4 cup gravy. Spoon crouton mixture over
casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes, or till heated
through.
