INGREDIENTS

Fresh black pepper | ||
Fresh ground black pepper | ||
1/2 | t | Prepared mustard |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1/3 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | Lemon, juice of | |
1 | Lemon peel, grated | |
2 | c | Cooked turkey, cubed |
1/2 | c | Parmesan cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
6 Cook beans according to package directions, drain. Melt butter & flour & blend in salt, pepper & mustard. Add milk & cook until smooth & thick. Remove from heat. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon peel & juice. Stir in turkey. Spread beans on bottom of shallow baking dish. Pour in turkey mixture. Top with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Serves MRS J.L.
