1/4 | c | Margarine, melted |

1/2 | t | Curry powder |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1 1/2 | c | Coffee cream or Half and |

1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
INSTRUCTIONS
Date: Tue, 27 Feb 96 6:10:09 EST submitted by: 102735.17@compuserve.com Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange Asparagus, ham, turkey and cheese in Crossant. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with Curry Sauce spooned over. Sprinkle paprika over top to serve. Curry Sauce - 1/4 cup of margarine melted, 2 tbls flour, 1/2 tsp curry powder and 1/4 tsp of salt, add 1 1/2 cups coffee cream or half and half and cook till thickened (about 5 minutes) Remove from heat.
