INGREDIENTS
6 | oz | Radiatori or rotelli pasta |
1 | Apple, cored and cut into | |

1 | T | Lime or lemon juice |
1/2 | lb | Smoked turkey breast, cut |
into bite-size pieces | ||
1 | c | Fresh strawberries |
quartered | ||
1/2 | c | Sliced celery |
1/4 | c | Fat-free plain yogurt |
2 | T | Fat-free mayonnaise or salad |
dressing | ||
2 | T | Skim milk |
4 | t | Dijon-style mustard |
1/4 | t | Celery seed |
1 | T | Fresh marjoram leaves |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain well. Toss apple slices with lime or lemon juice to coat. In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked pasta with apple, turkey, strawberries and celery. For dressing: In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, mustard, and celery seed. Drizzle dressing over pata mixture; toss gently to coat. Top with marjoram. Makes 8 side dishes or 4 main-dish servings.
