INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the cashew nuts until they are golden brown, then remove them from the pan. Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the turkey breasts for 4-5 minutes until sealed on both sides. Pour over the yellow bean sauce and water then continue cooking gently for a further 5-7 minutes.
