Fresh thyme; finely chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and turkey steaks and
cook for 4-5 minutes, turning the turkey steaks halfway through cooking.
Add the stewpack, tomatoes, stock, blended cornflour, seasoning and thyme.
Mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Serve
immediately.
