INSTRUCTIONS
Mix leftover (or cooked) ground turkey with cheese, breadcrumbs, mozzarella
cheese. Grind lupinin beans in food processor or power blender, or pound by
hand. Add eggs and cream, all seasonings; now mix well with hands. Have oil
very hot (375° for deep frying (electric fry pan ideal). Now form
croquettes with hands. Deep fry until golden both sides. Place on paper
toweling; serve hot.
Makes about 15 2 oz. croquettes.
