INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Melted butter
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
2 1/2 c Milk
1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms; drained
1/4 c Diced pimiento
1 pk (10oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1 pk (16-oz) frozen French fries
1 1/3 c Cooked; chopped turkey

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until bubbly.
Add milk; continue to stir until mixture is smooth and thick. Add remaining
ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
