INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Place stuffed turkey breast side up in a
foil lined pan. Make a tent of foil over turkey -try not to touch
turkey with foil- and roast per table. Internal tempature next to
bone should be 185 degrees.
Ready to cook weight Approximate time to cook 7 to 9 lbs 2 1/4 to 2
1/2 hrs 10 to 13 lbs 2 3/4 to 3 hrs 14 to 17 lbs 3 1/2 to 4 hrs 18 to
20 lbs 4 1/2 to 5 hrs 22 to 24 lbs 5 1/2 to 6 hrs
Check approximately 1 hr before time says to be done, if thigh joint &
breast meat soften then open foil to allow bird to brown. Insert
thermometer at this time.
