INSTRUCTIONS
DUMPLINGS
In a heavy skillet brown the turkey (or beef) in oil, breaking up meat with
spoon, about 5 minutes or til lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients,
except the dumplings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and, stirring
occasionally, simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients
for dumplings in large bowl. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the meat mixture.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the dumplings are firm. Makes
about 4 servings.
