INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the turkey with the breadcrumbs and pesto and season.
Form the minced mixture into small patties and fry for 6-7 minutes each
side or until cooked.
For the chargrilled onions, brush the red onion wedges with a little olive
oil and cook under a low grill for 15-20 minutes until softened and lightly
charred.
