Matchstick-size pieces cooked turkey – (use kitchen scissors to cut the turkey into bite sized pieces |

INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle turkey, cheese and mushrooms into pie shell. Beat together half
and half, eggs, mustard, salt and seasoning. Pour over turkey mixture.
Bake on cookie sheet in preheated 375 degree F. oven 35 to 45 minutes or
until knife inserted in center comes out cleand and top is golden brown.
Serve hot.
