1/3 | c | Dry white wine |

1 1/2 | c | Sour cream |
Your favorite pasta, cooked | ||
Paprika |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown turkey and onion. Mix in mushrooms, wine and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add sour cream. Do not boil.
