INSTRUCTIONS
The following marinades are from The Complete Meze Table by Rosamond Man.
Mix together the oil , yoghurt, onion juice and black peppercorns. Add
either the cumin seeds or paprika, then stir in the cubed fish and leave
for 2-12 hours.
Cook as above.
Note: If you don't want to put the onion through a juicer, grate it (I
remember this was discussed before!!). If you don't want to bother with
grating the thing, skewer onion quarters or small onions alternating with
the meat or fish.
