INSTRUCTIONS
Micro chocolate in a glass bowl at high for 1 1/2 min, stirring after 1
min. Stir until smooth; cool until slightly thickened. Drop chocolate by
tbsp onto a wax paper- lined baking sheet, shaping into 16 (1 1/2 in. )
circles; Reserve remaining chocolate. Arrange 4 pecans over each circle;
chill till firm. Place caramel and whipped cream in a glass bowl. Micro at
high 2 mins or until caramel melts; stir after 1 min.
Let stand 4 min or until slightly thickened. Spoon caramel evenly over
pecans. Microwave remaining chocolate 1 min, stirring after 30 seconds;
quickly spread chocolate over caramel mixture. Refrig until firm. Yield 16
candies (great valentines gifts)
