Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; cut in 1 in cubes |

Fresh peeled and cored pineapple; cut in 1 in cubes |

Oranges; peeled, quartered, cut in 1 in cubes |

Hot cooked rice |

Seedless red and green grapes; for garnish |
INSTRUCTIONS
In large bowl combine oil, honey, ginger, and soy sauce. Remove 1/4 cup and
reserve. Place chicken in marinade, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate
for 3 hours.
Heat grill or broiler. Thread chicken, pineapple and oranges onto skewers.
Cook about 5 minutes. Baste with reserved marinade and turn. Cook 5
minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with rice and
garnish with grapes.
