INSTRUCTIONS
* less if mangoes are very sweet
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together, mixing well. Form a well in
the center and mix in the rest of the ingredients, adding the fruit and
nuts last. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake for one hour
in a 350 degree oven.
BANANA NUT BREAD
You can use this recipe for Banana Bread by substituting 1 1/2 cups of
mashed ripe bananas for the 2 cups of mangoes.
