2 | T | Mustard, or more |
2 | t | Chili powder |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1 | T | Or so of soy sauce |
1/2 | t | Pepper |
1 | t | Sugar, I use Sucanat |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a very large covered frying pan, saute onions and peppers in water. When mostly cooked, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook on medium for 20 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
