INGREDIENTS

1 tb Oil
50 g Prawn; peeled and
; de-veined
1 sm Carrot
10 sl Cucumber; sliced
2 Stalks spring onion; sliced
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 tb Fish sauce
1/2 ts Sugar
2 ts Sesame seeds
2 ts Sesame oil
1 Whole lime
1 sm Onion; sliced thinly

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash carrots and slice into matchstick size. Put into a salad bowl and add
the sliced onions and cucumber.
Heat the oil and quick stir fry the prawns and transfer into the salad
bowl. Add onto it the chopped garlic, fish sauce, sugar and the sesame oil
and mix well.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
