INGREDIENTS

400 g Peeled green prawns
1 Piec ginger, sliced
100 g Snow peas
3 Stalks spring onion
3 Trident Udon Noodles
2 T Vegetable oil
6 T Trident Oyster Sauce
2 T Trident Sesame Oil
2 T Soy Sauce
8 T Water
1 t Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat
vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.
Simply add noodles and sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until  mixture
is almost dry. Serve immediately.  NOTES : Ready in 10 minutes.  Serves
