INGREDIENTS
| 8 | tb | Orange Indian tea leaves |
| 6 | tb | Lemon juice freshly squeezed |
| 2 | tb | Lemon peel freshly grated |
| 1 | c | Honey |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place tea leaves and lemon peel into a cheesecloth bag and tie closed. Bring 2 1/4 quarts of water to a boil, add the bag, the lemon juice, & the honey. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off heat, & allow to steep for 10 minutes. Serve hot!
