3 md Gala apples
1 ts Honey
1/4 c Fresh apple juice or organic grape juice
Few drops of lemon juice
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg or allspice (up to 1/2)

INSTRUCTIONS

Halve the apples and remove the pits and heart.
Cut into small pieces and place in the blender. Add the honey and half the
juice and process.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process till smooth.
