INGREDIENTS

1 kg Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 t Turmeric
2 t Sambar powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Sprigs curry leaves, chopped
Salt, to taste
For Seasoning-
2 t Black mustard seeds
4 t Black gram dal
2 Red chiles, broken
4 T Coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, black gram dal and red chilies. When
brown, add turmeric and curry leaves. Fry for a minute and add mashed
potatoes, salt and sambar powder. Cook on a low fire till dry. Add
