INGREDIENTS

2 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Sugar or brown sugar
2 ts Salt
1 ts Fresh ground black pepper
1 ts Cayenne or hot red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar. Serve
at room temperature or chilled. The sauce keeps indefinitely.
