INSTRUCTIONS
Cut meat into serving size portions. Pound flat. Combine parsley and 4
tablespoon of the butter. Spread on veal. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roll up each piece. Secure with picks. Brown in remaining butter. Add
water. Cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Add cream. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes
but do not boil. Serve with baked potatoes. serves 6-8
