1 lb Veal Thinly sliced
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Salad oil
1 md Onion
1/2 lb Mushrooms
1/2 c Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1 ts Paprika
1 c Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine flour, salt and pepper, dip meat into it to coat lightly. Heat oil
in large skillet, quickly brown meat. Add onion and muchrooms. cook 5 min
Add water, bouillon and paprika, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat blend in
sour cream. Cover and simmer gently 15 min. Serve with noodles.
