INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet saute onion in butter. Cook until translucent. Add celery
and carrot. Cook until soft. Let cool. Mix in remaining ingredients.(stop
here if using in above recipe) Form mixture into patties. Broil until
begins to brown. Serve.
