INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine carrots, broccoli and 1/2 can of the french fried onions into a 9 x
11 inch baking dish. Place potato slices into the vegetable mixture at a
angle. Dot vegetables evenly with cheese spread. Pour milk over the
vegetables, sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes OR until vegetables are tender.
Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered for 5 minutes OR until onions
are golden brown.
For Microwave:
In 9 x 11 inch microwave dish prepare vegetables as above. Top with
cheese, milk and seasonings. Cook covered on high for 12 to 14 minutes OR
until vegetables are tender. Rotate dish halfway through cooking time.
Top with remaining onions and cook uncovered for one minute. Let stand
five minutes before serving.
