INGREDIENTS

2 | c | Boiling Water |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1 | 8 Oz Garbanzo Beans | |
rinsed and drained | ||
1 | Tomato, chopped and seeded | |
1/2 | c | Pesto Sauce |
3 | T | Lemon Juice |
1/8 | t | Pepper |
2 | Green Onion, thinly sliced | |
1 | 15 Oz Kidney Beans rinsed | |
and drained | ||
4 | c | Broccoli Spears, cooked |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place couscous in medium bowl. Add boiling water and salt; stir well. Cover and let stand 5-7 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in remaining ingredients except broccoli. Serve over broccoli.
