Tarragon vinegar and white vinegar (use 1/2 each to make the total amount) |

Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain all vegetables, mix together. Mix sugar and vinegar and add to
vegetables. Mix the day ahead and chill. Drain to serve.
