INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Peanut oil
1/4 c Rice vinegar
1/4 c Soy sauce (fermented; if possible)
2 Squeezes spicey sesame oil
5 Cloves garlic (coarsly chopped)
2 Circles fresh ginger (idem)
1/4 ts Oriental cumin
1/2 ts Ground mustardseeds
1/4 ts Ground cillantro seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

This indonesian dressing is terrific on starchy vegetables. We used pumpkin
