INSTRUCTIONS
* tortilla shells, slightly brown and crispy, put under boiler 10 sec or so
** Artichokes, marinated (olive oil, lemon juice, pinch-salt and pepper, 1
tsp. vinegar)
1. Layer tortillas with cheeses (grated). Then add tomatoes, green peppers,
spinach, onion and artichokes. Top with cheese.
2. Put under broiler for 5-10 minutes or until top layer of cheese is
golden brown.
