Name: Velvet Waffles
Ingredients: 2 c Flour; 1 ts Salt; 4 ts Baking powder; 3 Eggs; separated; 1 3/4 c Milk; 1/2 c Wesson oil

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Flour
1	ts	Salt
4	ts	Baking powder
3		Eggs; separated
1 3/4	c	Milk
1/2	c	Wesson oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg yolks until light, stir milk into
egg yolks, then add oil. Gradually stir this mixture into the dry
ingredients and beat until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not
dry, and fold them into flour mixture. Bake on a hot waffle iron. Yield: 6
waffles.
