INSTRUCTIONS
2 Mix together the butter and cranberries. Place on a sheet of cling film and roll into a 'sausage' shape. Chill until firm. Brush the venison steaks with olive oil and grill following pack instructions. Serve immediately topped with slices of the cranberry butter. Converted by MC_Buster.
