INGREDIENTS

1 c Arrugula
2 Belgian endives
1 Head radicchio
1/2 c Walnut oil
1/2 c Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tb Chopped walnuts
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1 ts Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Wash, clean, and dry vegetables. Chop and toss together. Directions for
Dressing: Blend all ingredients together and toss with salad.
