INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a floured board, unroll pizza dough. Cut
each sheet of dough into 4 squares. Put equal portions of turkey and cheese
and about 2 tablespoons salsa on half of each dough square. Fold the empty
side down over the filling. Turn the bottom edge over the top edge; pinch
to seal. Put packets on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes,
until lightly browned. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream. Yield: 8
servings.
