2 tb Rice wine vinegar
2 ts Sugar
1 c Water
1/4 c Grated carrots
1/4 c Grated daikon radish; see * Note 2
1 Garlic clove; crushed
Juice of 1/2 lime
Chili oil; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

* Note 1: A fish sauce available in any Asian market. * Note 2: Available
in Oriental markets.
Mix all the ingredients together well and chill a bit before serving.
