Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef; 1 Garlic Clove, crushed; 1 Egg White; 1 tb Sherry; 2 tb Soy Sauce; 1/2 ts Liquid Smoke; 2 tb Fish Sauce; 1 pn Sugar; 1 Salt and White Pepper; 2 tb Corn Starch; 1 tb Sesame Oil

1 1/2	lb	Lean Ground Beef
1		Garlic Clove, crushed
1		Egg White
1	tb	Sherry
2	tb	Soy Sauce
1/2	ts	Liquid Smoke
2	tb	Fish Sauce
1	pn	Sugar
1		Salt and White Pepper
2	tb	Corn Starch
1	tb	Sesame Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend mixture with mixer or food processor until very smooth. Mold small
meatballs on skewer (about six meatballs per skewer). Broil to perfection.
