1 c White vinegar
1 ts Salt
1 c Italian parsley; finely chopped
4 lg Fresh tomatoes; chopped
1 lg Yellow onion; finely chopped
2 Fresh red cayenne peppers; finely chopped, (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and serve either at
room temperature or cold. Serve over meat and beans. Make 3 cups.
