INSTRUCTIONS
I just made these and they are so good and a good way to use up your
ZUCCHINI. It came out of the Oregonian Newspaper (Portland, Or.) in 1992.
Hope you will like them as well as we do.
Mix oil,eggs,sugar, salt, vanilla together. Add cocoa, flour, baking soda
and ZUCCHINI. Mix well. Add nuts. Stir and pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 30
minutes in a 350 degree oven.
1/2 cups of chocolate chips can be added if desired. Posted to TNT -
