INGREDIENTS

1 227 gram jar redcurrant
jelly
2 T Kirsh, 2 to 3
125 g Punnet whitecurrants
washed topped and
tailed
125 g Punnet blackcurrants, washed
topped and
tailed
250 g Punnet strawberries, washed
and cut in
half
1 200 gram pac waffles
Creme fraiche

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan gently heat the redcurrant jelly and kirsh, until liquid
like. Stir in the fruit and mix to combine, heat until warmed through.
Cover and put to one side.  Heat the waffles as per pack instructions.
Place the waffles on individual plates, top with the fruit mixture  and
a spoonful of creme fraiche. Serve immediately.  Converted by
