INSTRUCTIONS
Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender until mixture is the
consistency of coarse corn meal. Add 2 to 3 Tbs. cold water, 1 Tbs at a
time, stirring lightly with a fork.
Shape dough into a smooth ball. Roll into 1/8 inch thickness. Fit into 9
inch pie plate. Turn edge under and crimp
Use your favorite pie filling - one which would be complimented by the
