INSTRUCTIONS
Place mesclun and walnuts in large bowl. In small bowl, whisk together
walnut oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make dressing. Toss
mesclun and walnuts with dressing and divide onto salad plates.
Note: Mesclun, a combination of baby leaf lettuces and greens, is generally
sold in gourmet stores or at farmers' markets. If it is not available, make
your own by mixing together any combination of the following greens: red
and/or green-leaf lettuce, endive, radicchio, lamb's lettuce (mache),
escarole, Boston lettuce, spinach, and/or arugula.
