1 | lb | Spinach, finely chopped |
2 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | t | Ginger, finely chopped |
1 | t | Salt |
1 | Wonton wrappers | |

Peanut oil for deep frying |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ground pork, spinach, soy sauce, ginger and salt in a bowl. Place 1/2 tbsp on wrapper and fold, seal with egg. Deep fry at 375F and serve with sweet and sour sauce, or use in wonton soup.
