INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: The amount of bacon is obviously wrong!!!! [Glen]
Heat oil in lg skillet and fry bacon until crisp. Add garlic and lemon
juice. Keep bacon warm over low heat. Tear spinach into bite sized pieces
and place in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour bacon and oil
over salad and garnish with onion rings and eggs. Source: Mama D's Old-Fash
